FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Don’t worry, you’re not the only one curious!

Q. Are CBD products available in states without medical or rectrational marijuana available?

Yes, CBD products, especially the ones featured on this website, are legal and available in all 50 states. Some even prescribed as medicine in places like Mexico and Brasil, these brands are the most highly regarded and accepted throughout the country. With a THC percentage of .3% or less, sourced from imported industrial hemp from Europe, and harvested only from the stalk and seed of the plant, all of the products meet with the requirements set out by the Farm Bill, and are legal all across the United States.

Q. Will CBD get me high?

The extremely low THC content, .3% or less, found in some of the products recommended by Mission CBD will never have the same effect that often accompanies ingesting marijuana. With no psychoactive effect, products that are all CBD will not be intoxicating or otherwise mentally or physically impair you in any way. Building CBD into your diet is easily accomplished through an all-day routine, with no worry of impacting daily life.

Q. Will CBD products show up on a drug test?

Most workplace drug screens and tests target delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and do not detect the presence of cannabidiol (CBD) or other legal natural hemp based constituents. However, studies have shown that eating hemp foods and oils can, in rare cases, cause confirmed positive results when screening urine and blood specimens. Accordingly, if you are subject to any form of drug testing, we recommend (as does the United States Military) that you do not ingest our products and consult with your healthcare, drug screening/testing company, or employer.
